1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
📌 Conditions:
- Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Must include invoice or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Used or damaged products (by customer)
- Products without original packaging
- Personal or hygiene items (if applicable)
- Discounted/clearance items
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/video of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours
If approved:
- We will arrange pickup or ask you to send the item back
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refund will be sent via bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer within 3–7 working days - Online Payment:
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement if:
- The product is defective
- Wrong item was delivered
Replacement delivery time depends on location and stock availability.
6. Delivery Charges
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item):

7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Failed Delivery / Unreachable
If the customer is unreachable or refuses delivery:

- Repeated cases may lead to account restriction
